We strive to provide great service and top class villa experience to our esteemed guests. This is our personal villa is one of the best on island considering all factors We keep the villa updated according to our high standards and employ great staff to ensure that we deliver an amazing experience to our guests Our manager Romez is on 24 hour standby to resolve any issues to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience Occasionally we have a rotten tenant who looks for compensation using the “review process” as extortion This is a blatant case of that To put some light on the situation we will provide some background so that future guests are aware; We are located directly on the beach however beach conditions vary which is out of our control. Mother Nature determines. Either way the beach, the view, the location are spectacular There are also at least 4 other sandy beaches within walking distance as well as the amazing Mullet bay with restaurants such as Kalatuah and others that provide chairs etc Rental rates (like hotels) are based on the number of persons. This guest rented 2 of our master-en suite bedrooms but insisted on using all 3 bedrooms at no extra charge Air conditioning- the villa is fully air conditioned and each room has their own AC controller and compressor. We were notified on New Year’s Eve that the one bedroom AC was not cooling effectively. We immediately engaged our AC repairman who came over and replaced the entire AC unit Laundry Room. We have a cleaning person who will gladly do guests laundry and provide light cleaning during our guests stay. When guests ask for privacy we will provide access to the laundry room Beach chairs- this guest asked for beach chairs which are usually provided by the local beach vendors for free however our manager went above and beyond and purchased 4 brand new beach chairs for the guests convenience Revocation of resolution- after multiple conversations with this guest and with VRBO agents by phone and confirmed in writing by the guest and we quote; “ This was the message that we exchanged on December 30th to resolve and conclude the issue “The house is now as the ad represented We were upset last night at 430 on Saturday night we were grateful the problem was being addressed We are glad the problems in your home are now resolved.There is nowhere else to go. we spoke to Vrbo. Can we move on please? .my daughter is pregnant and was up all night sick.i don’t know why. We’d like to be over this.we are very happy. We are satisfied. We just want peace and I’msure you do too.thank you. Our response to guest. “We are glad that everything is resolved and that your family can enjoy your precious time at villa JuLuca blu Glad that we could resolve the issues and hopefully we can all move ahead positively. Romez our manager is available should you need anything This situation was swiftly and efficiently resolved We have more information should any future guests be interested.

We sincerely apologize that the home’s maintenance did not meet the high standards expected in Shorepointe. We were fully aware of the issues but due to the “busy season” being fully booked were unable to attend to and fix the issues We have used the time since your departure to complete the items and refresh of the property. To ensure a seamless experience for future guests, we have: Resolved the primary bedroom leak: This was an AC leak - the AC was replaced over Xmas ! Upgraded the kitchen: All plastic and worn items have been replaced with a premium set of high-quality utensils. Overhauled the plumbing : We have installed brand new shower heads for optimal flow, serviced the hot water system, and replaced the AC components!. We pride ourselves on providing a luxury experience, and we are confident the home is now up to the five-star standard our guests expect. We truly appreciate you helping us improve and would love the opportunity to welcome you back for a flawless stay in the future."

This villa is spectacular and your input helps us keep our standards at the highest levels. We had a meeting with our professional property manager Romez to clarify these concerns and to elevate our luxury offering for future guests Here are some of our findings: 1. The stuck shutter was actioned immediately and our technician was there 2 days after checkin to successfully repair 2. Cereal bowls - we have at least 20 bowls of different types (pictures available) 3. Recent moisture and expansion caused the front door to be sticky. This has been repaired 4. According to our property manager the guest requested “privacy “ and therefore cleaning lady only showed up on request (miscommunication), 5. Our wooden outdoor day bed is new so we are further investigating the rust issue which we are not aware of Lastly thanks for your kind words about the villa being beautiful. We take pride in Villa Juluca Blu and after 30 years of visiting the island we have not seen a better villa all factors considered Hopefully a 10/10 on your next visit!
