Great condo in perfect condition. Very comfortable for a family of six. Located in a quiet community outside of Moab, but still very convenient to explore the area
Beautiful Condo that was well appointed. Easy drive to Arches. We enjoyed using the covered patio in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again.
It was super easy to rent, the facility was immaculate, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

Moab visit
We enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were glad to be outside of downtown Moab as it's a busy town. Across the road from the front of this house are more condos.
Had a great time at the rental. It had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean and worked great for our stay. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Moab.

Took my grandsons on a trip for graduation. They loved the space that each of them could have. Views were spectacular. Definitely would stay here again.
Clean, quiet, well-stocked condo very close to Arches
We were a party of 11 and 1/2 the group stayed here. Everything was beyond our expectations- very clean, well stocked with everything even toilet paper, shampoo and hand wash, as well as a full size washer and dryer. Spacious courtyard with plenty of seating. Very quiet location with easy access to Arches and downtown Moab. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.
The location can't be beat! It is close to restaurants, outdoor activities, and Arches National Park. There are gorgeous views on all sides of the property! The inside of the condo is beautiful! We loved our stay!

The condo was exactly as described. Beautiful inside and out. Very clean! Plenty of seating inside and out for a large group. Kitchen is well appointed with lots of pots, pans, utensils for cooking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This condo was amazing! Very clean and everything that you could need was provided! Location was excellent, a short drive into Moab and beautiful scenery surrounding the condo! You definitely wont be disappointed!

Super clean and super comfortable! This condo was the perfect home base for exploring Arches and Canyonlands. Kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor settings were lovely. Look no further, this is the one.
Group of friends UTV riding for a couple of days. This property was perfect for our group of six. It was clean, as advertised and owner is organized and responsive. I would recommend this listing and would stay there again. It is a bit south of town, but that is a plus for us, as it was quiet at night and beds were comfortable too! I am a regular VRBO customer and this was one of the best organized properties I have ever stayed at. Owner is doing it right....
The house was just as advertised. Nice location the outside area was perfect to sit and have a cocktail and recap the day’s activity. We had one issue with the air made a call and it was resolved in 2 hours no problem at all.

Our property is an upper end luxury condo. The scenic views on the 300 square foot balcony are absolutely beautiful! You will find our condo to be very comfortable, and in close proximity to area attractions. Arches National Park is 10 to 15 minutes. Slickrock Bike Trail is 10 minutes. City of Moab is 5 minutes. North section of Canyonlands National Park is 25 minutes. If you have a lot of family and friends, take advantage of our two attached units that are located side by side.
