A charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath Bay View Beach Cottage perfectly tucked away in the lush community of Heron Walk of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This beach retreat is a short 5-minute golf cart drive away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, and the perfect getaway for friends and family! 2024 6-Passenger Golf Cart included!!

Coastal Blessings is centrally located with convenient access to the beach, pristine golf courses, fishing pier, pools which are heated seasonally through March, tennis courts, pickleball courts, full fitness center, Baytowne Wharf, the Sandestin Marina, Jolee Island Nature Park, and Grand Boulevard, by cart, bike or walk.

Enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets over the bay or settle in on Tuesdays, weekly during the spring/summer, to watch the firework displays from the Village of Baytowne Wharf right from the comfort of the private porch!

With an open-concept living area with plush furniture you’ll find this is the perfect space for family and friends to gather together. For a fresh Florida breeze, there is plenty of outdoor seating on the private covered porch overlooking the bay or relax around one of two resort-style pools available to you - heated seasonally through March.

Come relax and unwind on the beach, build sandcastles, take a fishing trip, soak up the sun and watch the beautiful sunsets of the Emerald Coast.

Grocery shopping is super convenient with Publix less than 1.4 miles away. Take the golf cart and head over for some fun, live music and cocktails at The Beach House overlooking the gulf, craving great seafood Tommy Bahamas is the place to be, or for a romantic dinner, the Solaris dinner cruise is absolutely stunning at sunset. Grand Boulevard is 1.5 miles away and the Destin Commons Shopping Mall is 6.5 miles away, both offer some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. Enjoy the day sand-free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just a 9-mile drive! Bikers will be in absolute paradise, with endless miles of bike paths to explore within the resort and along the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico - we highly recommend renting bikes from Coastal Cruisers.

• Surveillance device disclosure: A video camera doorbell is located outside by the front door for additional security - there are no camera devices inside the home.
• An initial setup of amenities is provided: 1 roll toilet paper, 1 each travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap per bathroom; 1 roll paper towel, 1 kitchen hand towel, 1 kitchen sponge, small bottle Palmolive, 1 packet of dishwasher detergent and 2 kitchen trash bags; 1 single use box of laundry detergent

Incredible experience

From the relaxing patio to the plush living room couches and upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, this place has it all. Just a short ride away from the beach, the Market Shops (Ben and Jerry's and Parlor Doughnuts) and the happenin' Baytown Wharf, this place is in the perfect location. Sit back, relax and listen to nature from the cozy enclosed patio. Our family did not want to leave. We can't wait to return!!

What a beautiful, perfect getaway condo! Lovely, clean, quiet, comfortable, and with a super fun golf cart to boot! The screened-in patio was a bonus, with a cute bluebird and his friends frolicking with the bay as a backdrop. We really enjoyed this getaway and such a perfect location in this resort area! We loved the golf cart and the convenient tunnel under the highway to get to the beach. So fun!! I'd definitely return for another stay!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Best location for everything!

My family of 4 (2 kids 9yr & 5yr) stayed for a week June 14-21. We felt at home right when we walked in. Our kids loved having the golf cart to ride everywhere. I am training for a marathon and the community was an amazing place for my runs. We had great communication with the owners and when bad storms (tornado) came through, we received a text right away asking if we were okay. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and I’ve already had friends ask about where we stayed wanting to book also.

Great vacation

The home was very nice and clean just like the pictures shown. Great location and the golf cart was very nice definitely a necessity for cruising around the community to get to beach and the warf. Comfortable beds, however it seemed the thermostat was either on a schedule or was being changed by owner. Only have 71-75 options and house seemed to get hot with no way to turn it down until the thermostat was scheduled to unlock it made the house uncomfortable to stay in at times until it finally cooled off late at night.

I must admit I was a little skeptical with a property who didn’t haven any reviews at the time of my booking.. I am SO glad we booked here! Excellent communication with the owner/property manager. We had zero issues during our stay. Extremely clean. Great layout. Very comfortable. Awesome location. Golf cart is a huge plus! I didn’t get in my car from the time we checked in until we left. I cannot recommend this property enough! You absolutely will not be disappointed!

New Year Getaway

My sister and I wanted a quiet getaway to end 2024. This property fit the bill. We have stayed in several properties in Sandestin and I think this was one of the best. The unit was completely updated and done very well. It was convenient to everything in the Sandestin community. We enjoyed watching the NYE fireworks at Baytowne Village from the condo. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt. My only small complaint was trying to find an electrical outlet for using an iPad or other device when sitting on the large sectional sofa. We did find one behind the sofa and it was difficult to use but we made it work. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Perfect Home Near the Beach

We loved our stay! This updated home was comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner and property manager were very helpful and responded quickly. The golf cart came in handy for trips to the many restaurants and stores which were very close by. The beach was less than five minutes from the property by golf cart. The property the home was on had many things nearby to do. We enjoyed Miramar Beach for a few days. Then, one of the locals told us about Grayton Beach State Park. It is a public beach about 20 minutes away. It is much less crowded and worth the car ride. We will stay at this property again on our next visit. It was perfect for us! Thanks for hosting us at your property!

Why they chose this property

This area has a lot to offer. It is quiet and has a home like feel. But you can hop on the golf cart to the Beach or walk down the sidewalk to the Pool. I love how many sidewalks and trails there are so close to our Condo.

What makes this property unique

There are so many benefits to the location of our Condo. It is close enough to great Restaurants and Shopping as well as access to the Beach and Pool. The best part is the fact that you are in a quiet area and can step outside your door and access everything quickly.
