I am from Montana, I have lived elsewhere but came back to enjoy all that Montana offers. I love to fly fish, hike, mountain bike and spend time with family and friends.
Why they chose this property
The Rattlesnake is a unique neighborhood where each house has its own character, and it is one of Missoula's Five Valleys. The access to outdoor activities is abundant. There are lots of trails and its close to the University of Montana, Fishing Guide pickups, Downtown, and the Kettlehouse Amphitheater.
What makes this property unique
It is on a quiet one-way street. It is located 3 minutes off of I-90, so easy access to all that Missoula offers.
