Modern 3000 sq. ft. home on a peaceful lot in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the city and only 7 miles to PGA/Southern Hills CC. Large, relaxing backyard with outdoor living area that includes fireplace, 50" TV, couch, chairs, and dining area. Large "great hall" style living/kitchen/dining area makes for a great post-round gathering place. Large TVs throughout home with all streaming services provided. Three distinct spaces (Master, guest suite, upstairs) allow for privacy when it's time to wind down. Just a few miles from Riverside walking/cycling trail system, Jenks shopping/dining, highway access to Tulsa.
