Good stay! My only feedback is there weren’t any trash sacks in the smaller trash cans and we had to find one for the trash can in the kitchen.

Close to ORU

Excellent location close to ORU. Our family stayed here in early May for the ORU graduation. Everyone slept very well. It was quiet, and the hot tub was used every night. We would book this home again when we are in the area. Our two dogs enjoyed the backyard.

Great for big families and kids!

We had a great stay with only minor issues that were addressed. Communication was easy and prompt! We loved the amount of space and the hot tub. Close vicinity to the gathering place and aquarium. We had 9 adults and 4 kids (3 toddlers) and were all very comfortable with plenty of space! Would definitely recommend.

Family get together in Tulsa

Our group stayed for 3 days at this property in Tulsa. There was plenty of room for the adults and grandkids and the large fenced in back yard was great for our dog. Location was reasonably convenient to sightseeing. Tulsa has a first rate aquarium and we went a couple times to The Gathering Place, which is like a free theme park for kids to play in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A Lovely Home made for a perfect weekend

Our extended family came to Tulsa for a 95th birthday celebration for Grams. This house was the perfect option for grandkids and great grandkids to gather, play and rest together. And both our local hosts and the Evolve team were responsive when we had a couple of questions.

Family weekend

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The only thing missing are pots to make soups. I would recommend adding pots to kitchen. Otherwise Our family really enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen wasn't set up with all the essentials. We had to buy several items including paper towels and trash bags which should have come standard. We didn't have any foil or baggies either nor soap for the dishwasher. There were mounds of trash outside the house that we thought was going to be hauled off but sadly that never happened so we had to put our trash in the garage.

Response from VrboOwner on 28 May 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear some aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. As is standard for vacation rentals, the home is stocked with a starter supply of paper goods, trash bags, and kitchen essentials for guest convenience, though guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the size and length of their stay. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the outdoor trash situation. The home includes multiple outdoor bins, and the scheduled city pickup had not yet occurred prior to your arrival. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will continue working with the local team to help provide the best possible experience for future guests.
