Thank you for your feedback, Nathan. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We were surprised to read these comments, as the only issue brought to our attention during your stay was the bed, and that was not reported until 8:25 p.m. on the evening before your scheduled checkout, when you informed us you had already decided to leave early. Unfortunately, because we were not made aware of your concerns while you were still staying with us, we were not given the opportunity to address them or make your stay more comfortable. We also did not receive any reports during your stay regarding the cleanliness of the pool or the condition of the floors. We take pride in maintaining our property and inspect these areas regularly. We appreciate all guest feedback and are always happy to address concerns when they are brought to our attention during a stay. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
