Fabulous 2BR/2BA condominium located at Surfside, a high-rise resort, adjacent to Seascape Golf Course, with one of the area's most inclusive amenities package. Free Beach Service with an umbrella and 2 chairs come with this rental. This ninth-floor unit is full of upgrades, new Kitchen - Cherry Cabinets, Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, 20' tile flooring. The living area has a 47' LED TV mounted on the wall and has an entertainment system with Ipod dock and CD/Stereo. The condo has a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. The large balcony gives you a panoramic view from the beach to the bay as well as breathtaking sunset views. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room allow spectacular views from all rooms of this condo.This unit comfortably sleeps eight people.  There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two full-size beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room. Enjoy dinner at Royal Palm Grille Restaurant located inside Surfside.  The large outside deck is a great place to have dinner or a drink and enjoy the sunset. The Tiki Hut, located on the pool deck and the Beach bar offers food and drinks for your convenience.  Come experience the Surfside way of life.  Surfside has all you need:  private beach, heated pool,tennis, bbq grills, beach service, wireless internet, beach volleyball, fitness center, basketball, hot tubs, saunas, and kiddie pool.

Overall this property was great! Very clean, comfortable and convenient. There was 8 of us total and we all fit comfortably. This was a great place to stay in Destin, it was very organized, and the owner gave detailed instructions and made the check in process very easy. The condo was set up with families in mind, there are many extras, such as movies, games, streaming radio, beach chairs, and many more amenities. There was great access to the balcony from the rooms and the condo had a beautiful view of the golf. I can’t recommend this condo Holly enough, look forward to staying there again. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo is very nice and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Listing is just as described. Check in was easy. Building was quiet. Elevators can get a little busy but it’s summer so that was to be expected. Loved the pool and the beach walkover. People were all very friendly.
