Spacious and Newly Renovated 16th floor Penthouse with an amazing view from the beach to the bay! 3BR / 3BA sleeps 8 with 3 king beds a bunk and sleeper chair. Everything is brand new and updated! Upgraded new mattresses, Master has a motion adjustable “Purple” Mattress. Views and balcony access from every room!

Amenities include… Restaurant and Bar with dining inside and outside. Beach Bar, Beach Chair set up included, Pool with Baby Pool, 2 Hot Tubs, Tennis court, Pickle Ball court, Basketball court, outdoor grill and patio area, Fitness Room, Spa and Salon.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had a panoramic view. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had six people in our group. Our stay was very comfortable. One of my granddaughters wanted to stay another night, but I think someone else was coming in after us, because when we opened the door to start moving our things out, the maids were waiting to clean the condo.

The penthouse condo is so beautifully decorated, well laid out and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable! The kitchen is well appointed with any pot, pan, utensil or gadget you could need for cooking meals. There were even quite a few spices! The location could not have been more perfect as it is literally right across a 2 lane road from the gorgeous beach, and there's even a bridge over the road to cross! You can see the beach from almost every window in the condo, too! Our group consists of 2 families that have traveled to the Emerald Coast/30A for 12 years and this condo is on the top of the list! We all hope to return!
