It was truly spotless, inviting, a perfect place for friends and everything was so taken care of and our group felt like we could truly relax and enjoy ourselves. Canā€™t recommend it enough and we will be back to Hickory Lane House.

This house was perfect for what we needed! We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved exploring the trails - we even saw some deer! The rooms were cozy and we appreciated all the little extra touches from the host. Thank you for a lovely week!

This house was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful views to the pond, hiking trails on the property, very clean home. So many amenities, they thought of everything! We highly recommend.

This VRBO is not your typical place. The entire home was immaculate, and stocked far more than any other place Iā€™ve rented. The attention to detail, thoughtful items (in case you forgot ANYTHING), comfy queen beds, and beautiful grounds, made our stay so special. Prompt communication, directions, amenities, and easy check-in and check out. We hope to rent again!

Diane was a great host. She was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed, including a welcome cherry pie. How did she know it was my favorite. As far as the propert...it is in a beautiful setting, has everything you could need inside and a nice firepit with plenty of wood and kindling outside. We were welcomed not only with pie, but cold sodas and waters in the fridge, and snacks on the counter.1000% recommend

This was our 2nd stay at the Hickory Lane House, our first stay was outstanding and this time was no different. The house was in fantastic shape upon arrival, communication from Diane was great, and the extended roof on the back side of the property allowed all 8 of us to gather and converse while sitting outside enjoying the rain. Highly recommend this VRBO for it's solitude, cleanliness and the great hostess.

We had a fabulous stay at Hickory Lane House. It is very well stocked or outfitted, as my mother would say. I highly recommend this stay. Communication was clear and friendly and the house was immaculate.

This is a fantastic property and the amenities are wonderful. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. It is also a great place to have small gatherings with family in the area. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

This was our ā€œhome away from homeā€ for our sonā€™s wedding weekend. It was the perfect venue for the rehearsal dinner and a Sunday post-wedding brunch. The venue was perfect and the weather even cooperated to take advantage of the outdoor decks and fire pit. Owner was always responsive and helpful. Beautiful in every way.

Very beautiful property in a quiet setting but close to lots of good things, moraine state park, grocery store, donut shop, ice cream shop, fresh produce stands, attractions like keystone safari etc. the host was totally attentive. The house was like a real home with everything you needed like blender high quality coffee maker every pot and pan etc. many other places I have stayed had cheap stuff and not enough plates etc. the fire ring was already to go with kindling wood and logs. The host put a lot of care into this very spacious and clean home.

We were in town to visit family and Hickory Lane House could not have been more perfect for our family home base! Plenty of room to play outside, kids got to fish for the very first time, kitchen was well appointed and we wanted for nothing!

Beautiful country setting

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Hickory Lane house. The house is beautiful, cozy and clean. We all loved the lake and the walking trails. We will definitely be renting this place again.
