My family loves Slippery Rock Cabin. We’ve stayed here twice and it’s so lovely and cozy. Well appointed and easy communication with the hosts. Hope to return many more times!

The Cabin never disappoints, and Anita is the best and most thoughtful host I've ever worked with. My family and I have stayed here multiple times for 2 weeks, and still feel like we haven't explored all there is to offer.Do yourself a favor, and stay here!!

This cabin is amazing! No one in my family wanted to leave. It is so very comfortable and it has everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. We were 6 adults/family. The communication was perfect! We want to return. The only thing I would recommend is ear plugs as you are on a main highway but easy drive to hiking and McConnels Mills. Don’t miss the ice cream shop across the road 50 flavors and soooo good!!!

This log cabin was beautiful and a perfect balance of rustic and updated amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to any questions and very friendly. The lighted pathways and stairs were so beautiful and allowed us to walk and enjoy the evenings. We highly recommend this place for a couples getaway or a family vacation.

Wonderful Cabin

They have done a wonderful job updating this cabin and it has everything you could want. Comfy beds and furniture, great kitchen and bathrooms with lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Lots of great little touches and extras, we all loved it.

Absolutely wonderful stay; wish we were booked longer. We wanted to spend Easter with our daughter who is a student a SRU. The cabin is gorgeous, clean and packed full of fun things to do. We had a fire, played cornhole, fished, sat on the deck and played games. The kitchen was full of everything we needed. Everything was decorated so nicely and all the comforts of home were included. Thank you so much! We would love to come back.

This was our 4th time staying at the Slippery Rock Cabin since finding it through Vrbo in 2023, with 2 more future trips planned... If you're considering a stay here, I hope that speaks volumes!! Anita is THE best hostess I've had the pleasure to stay with, and this beautiful property is thoughtfully and well stocked for a great stay!

Fantastic Getaway

Amazing cabin stay!

Loved our time at Slippery Rock cabin. Home was meticulous and cozy. Being on the creek was a bonus. Everything you could want or need was already there. Hosts were friendly and accessible.

The place is such a cute cabin on the Slippery Rock Creek. The family enjoyed the easy access to the creek for fishing and exploring. Our family enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and the char. The cabin is less then 7min drive to lake. The place had everything you need for a get away from home. The host of the Cabin was easy to get ahold and fast to respond if we needed her. It definitely will be a place our family would go back to.

Great place for family

Beautiful property. We came to visit family and it was the perfect spot for all age's. Kids are able to play in water and adults got to enjoy the porches and fire pit area. The road is loud but not a big issue. We will be renting this spot again. Thanks for the wonderful weekend.

Best experience with any VRBO!!

The owners thought of everything from having firewood to snacks on hand for us. There was charcoal for the grill and water in the fridge! We are already discussing another booking for our team as the location and layout were perfect for our needs.

Beautiful Cabin!

What a wonderful place! The only complaint was that it was a lot closer to the main road than we expected. We stayed inside most of the time so that wasn't a huge deal but it did make falling a sleep difficult for my husband and I. You could really hear the semi trucks.
