This colorful and stylish one-bedroom condo is an artist’s dream. It features a comfy, seafoam green sofa, velvet draperies, and a fluffy, dual-heated king bed. The huge windows let in tons of sun and street views filled with trees and birds. It is the perfect place to relax, get inspired, and make new memories. You may even love it so much that you’ll never want to leave.

Fix a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, with a top-of-the-line Keurig machine and Bodum coffee grinder and french press, and a fully-stocked tea drawer also provides much-needed caffeine. Plus It’s located about 10 minutes away from the heart of CITY, and it’s a prime spot for DoorDash deliveries and Uber drivers. The space has two tvs with streaming for movie nights. The painted + wallpaper and decorated nooks make for the cutest photos.

Simple and essential

Overall, I had a nice stay here for 3 nights. It had all the basic essentials that I needed, except for the clothes dryer that was listed in the amenities, which I really could've used. I found it a little uncomforting that the 2nd bedroom was locked and inaccessible, I was unaware of that before booking. Being a single woman, it just made me feel a little uneasy not knowing exactly what is behind those doors..probably is nothing but still uncomfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful when i needed it.

Oasis?

The property was listed as a wonderful get-a-way, a place to unwind and rejuvenate. There is no air conditioning and so, the windows must be opened for air circulation. There are screaming children, barking dogs and loud adults who drink some evenings in the neighborhood. Otherwise, the cost was a savings compared to staying in a better hotel. There is no off street parking and no laundry facilities. The walk to Lake Merritt is half a mile. The bus routes to downtown are about a block away. The Lake Merritt Bart Station is a little more than a mile, about a 23 minute walk.
