Die Ferienwohnungen liegen ca. 8 km Luftlinie von Regensburg entfernt direkt an der schönen Donau über der Gemeinde Sinzing. Die Bahn und Busanbindungen nach Regensburg sind gut und somit alle Ausflugsziele auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht zu erreichen. Die neue Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss (2. Stock) mit 28m2 verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung, automatische Raumbe- und Entlüftung, komplett ausgestatte Küchenzeile inkl. Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, etc. Schlafcouch (2 x 1,60m) kann auch als Sofa genutzt werden. Im Badezimmer finden Sie eine Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Ebenfalls vorhanden ist ein LED-TV mit Netzanschluss und WLAN. Die FW für 1-2 Personen geeignet. Zustellbett nicht möglich.

Der Kurzurlaub war für uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr, sehr angenehm und entspannend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und übertrifft die Erwartungen laut Beschreibung/Fotos bei Weitem. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, offen und recht unkompliziert. Er setzt großes Vertrauen in seine Gäste.
