Walk to the beach, stroll along the seawall, or hang out by the sparkling, on-site pool at this laid-back North Padre townhome. This cozy, coastal pad is the perfect home base for an unforgettable Coastal Bend getaway.

The bright, two-story interior features a split-level floor plan with upstairs bedrooms separated from the household living areas downstairs. Great for families, a child-size bunk nook is included in the living area and the children's pool from the patio. The condo comes well-appointed for modern living, with central AC, a private washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with updated, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and an adjacent dining area with seating for six. After a day at the beach or pool, relax in the living area while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV.

Both bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom. The primary suite includes a private, covered balcony.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Clean, well decorated.

Nice short stay. The kids pool and playground seemed a little run down. Paint was chipped and some of the toys looked like they needed repaired. Tiles were falling off. The adult pool was nicely warmed and lots of space. The condo itself was clean and well decorated. You could hear the neighbors a tiny bit. But we brought a sound machine that helped. Beds were comfortable. Plush not firm, couldn’t feel and lumps or springs. They were a little bit wobbly probably needed tightened screws. Kitchen had a lot of silverware, plates, bowls, cups, and glasses. Nothing was plastic, all glass or china. Lots of pots and pans, a blender. No plastic ware or coffee filters. The did provide hotel size soaps and shampoo and conditioner. Also dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap. Location was a quick 2 block drive to beach access parking lot that had bathrooms and showers. We would stay again!

Ok, but needs a lot of tlc

First look, the condo is great! Plenty of space and right by the pool. The pool areas are wonderful! The unit itself needs quite a bit of tlc.

Clean and Comfortable

This accommodation is clean, spacious, and well-kept. There are pans, dishes, and utensils available for use which was very convenient, along with paper towels. This stay was close to the shared pool in the area and within walking distance to the public access beach. If you prefer the state park, it's only a ten minute drive away. Wi-fi worked great. Second floor balcony was a nice place to relax in the evening. 10/10 well managed
