Pros: amazing view, great location, good amenities, close to beach.Cons: information provided in prebooking messages was contradicted by seemingly outdated automated emails upon booking, the messaged info is what we were charged but shouldn’t have had to follow up for clarification on generic property management email templates being reused for Vrbo.having to check in/out at a storefront and get physical keys in 2025 is wildly inconvenient, especially considering the one road on the island can be highly congested taking 15-20m each way to go the one mile to the office.Zero paper towels, few linen towels, and one roll of tp for each bathroom with no extras is inexcusable given the high cleaning fees.The fan in the primary makes such a loud noise it couldn’t be used at bedtime.All of this feedback was delivered politely at checkout to an agent who couldn’t care less. No apology, acknowledgement of issues, or gratitude for letting them know. While we enjoyed our stay and the complex, I would avoid staying in any property managed by this team.
