First and foremost, this place is delightful.

Our home is on the exclusive, quiet side of the island with easy access to the south side beaches, where you will have an abundance of space to lay down your chairs and relax.

We purchased this home in October 2021 and have completely refreshed every living/bed/bath space. All furniture and linens are brand new. This home is owned by a professional interior designer-artist, the design details will not go unnoticed.

Enjoy outdoor BBQs with a big yard and private deck, ride bikes to ice cream, head to the local farmer's market for incredible fresh produce and quiet walks to watch the beautiful sunset on the pier or bay for the perfect family vacation.

I unfortunately didn’t get to go on this trip. My family that visited however had a wonderful time. They came home and all were telling me how wonderful the house was and how nice the people were. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but it was taken care of quickly and I was given a bit of a refund. The owners seemed very responsive and professional. I would like to thank them for taking good care of my family.

A Wonderful Week at the Beach!

I just wanted to leave a note to really praise the owners of this house. They are careful to indicate exactly what the house has to offer in the listing and the house is pristine and well cared for. The walk to the beach is quick--and there are many local options; whether you prefer the ocean waves or a calm cove, both are right around the corner. Brigantine is not a huge beach town, and is limited in what it has to offer as far as a boardwalk or attractions, but this was perfect for our family of little ones who only needed the sunrise over the ocean and beautiful waves on an uncrowded beach. The owner knows the island well and is very forthcoming with information about what to do and when to do it, if you ask!! Finally, Atlantic City is right around the corner if you are looking for a busy beach vibe or a boardwalk fix. Thanks so much for a wonderful week to end our summer!

Our home away from home is a really comfortable house, in a really great spot. Minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping and surrounded by great neighbors always willing to help. Wide, open street scape with bike lanes making non-motorized transportation safe and easy.
