Orchid Court "The Estate" Is a beautiful 1 acre property. Located minutes from St John's world famous North Shore beaches. The Estate consists of two separate homes, The Main House and The Cottage.  The two homes are separated by one of St John's only private tennis courts, that guests can enjoy while staying on the property. This is a perfect place for large families with children or teenagers. A friends vacation, or even a yoga retreat! Pool and views included.

The views from the house were beautiful, just as advertised, and the space at the main house and cottage was perfect for our group. The living spaces were clean, less the coffee maker in the cottage which was very dirty, and the main house coffee maker didn't work. The host immediately brought us a brand new coffee maker, and was very responsive always prior to and throughout our stay. The tennis court is not in great shape--I imagine it would be difficult to actually play tennis on it, and our only constructive criticism would be to add some outdoor lighting between the main house and cottage for those who have to walk between the two at nighttime.

Greatest vacation Ever!!

First of all, the pictures don’t really do this place justice! The entire property is absolutely amazing! We had 6 couples and we were extremely comfortable! The houses were well equipped with everything we needed for the entire week. The location was perfect! Not too far from town but also not too close! We will definitely be booking this place again!!

The vacation of our dreams!

Ever since we visited St John several years ago, we've dreamed of coming back with our family to vacation here on this beautiful island. We searched VRBO for the perfect house to fit our family of 6 adults and 5 children. The estate at Orchid Court definitely fit the bill! The main house is gorgeous with amazing views and so much space to spread out. The cottage on the far end of the tennis court was perfect for my son's family for sleeping and showering but we didn't need to use the kitchen and appliances there since we always gathered at the main house for meals, games, and family fun Everything we needed was there and if we ran out of anything, such as gas for the grill, the house manager was quick to respond! Barbara was readily available for us and in fact, went over and above for us before, during and after the trip! She recommended spots to rent our vehicles, grocery stores where we could order in advance, have it delivered and had someone at the house to accept and put away the supplies! She was helpful with directions to the best beaches and recommendations for restaurants. We loved the pool and used it daily. We appreciated the generous supply of beach towels, coolers and beach chairs. The kitchen was very well stocked thankfully as we made lots of meals there and packed lunches daily for the beach. Our only regret is that the week went by so fast! We only hope it's not too long before we come back to Estate Hammer Farm in the hills of St John!
