What a wonderful stay. Beautiful views and peaceful setting. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful deck. Peaceful and perfect for families. Overall just a very comfortable home.

So peaceful with beautiful views. We had such a lovely visit. Beds are comfortable and the home was clean. Lots of board games. Easy trip to downtown and groceries.

Beautiful beach home with views over the sound from the multi level decks and living room. Very clean, in great condition . Well equipped with everything organized . Tracy was in touch throughout the visit, in a helpful way. Port Orchard is a cute town and easy to go to Bremerton on the foot ferry, or drive to Bainbridge Island for additional activities.

Overall the property was nice and Tracy was very responsive and good to communicate with. However, I thought it was a little overpriced for what you got. The deck is the focal point of the property and the patio furniture used to enjoy the deck is rather uncomfortable. The living room sectional is comfortable but small especially if you have more than 4 people you won’t have adequate comfy seating there. Kitchen and appliances are nice and well stocked. Great location. Whiskey gulch is really good just down the road. Overall good experience just needs some furniture upgrades that would add a lot to the property.

Beautiful home with incredible views right on the water. House was clean and well stocked. There was nothing missed. The kitchen has high end appliances and all of the tools needed to prep a nice dinner. Outdoor furniture was comfortable, beds were cozy and the location is ideal. An incredible place to spend the 4th of July. Port Orchard fireworks can be seen from the deck! The only area of improvement could be a shade or two in the living room as the afternoon sun was very intense and hard to escape. Great stay. Host was clear in directions and present when needed. 5 star house for sure!

The location was unbeatable. The house was extremely clean and had labels on everything in the kitchen, which was very convenient. It was very well furnished and have everything needed for an excellent stay, including a kayak, a paddleboard, lifejackets, etc. The host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. The only thing I did not immediately realize was that two bedrooms are upstairs and the other beds are basement level downstairs. There’s a single bedroom on the main floor so if you have any difficulty with stairs it’s good to know this in advance.
