Enjoy the views of Loon mountain slopes from your fireplaced living room or from either of the two decks. This town home is located directly across from the entrance to Loon Mountain. It’s also only fifteen miles to the popular Owl’s Nest golf course and wedding venue. Lincoln and surrounding areas offer a number of fun winter, spring, summer and fall activities. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Your winter stay provides you a 3 minute shuttle to slopes (weekends and vacations only). You will have access to the Loon Mountain Club https://www.mtnclub.com for uptown eight guests (includes pool, game room, hot tubs, steam room & sauna) The townhome is beautifully decorated to make you feel at home.

In the winter loon offers skiing, boarding, tubing and awesome aspres experiences. In the summer local attractions include Clarke’s Trading Post, Whales Tale Water Park, Hobo railroad, swimming holes, whitewater rafting and much more ...

We had a fantastic vacation during our stay in this comfortable and beautiful home. The accommodations gave us everything we needed for a family getaway. Great living space, clean, inviting, and well stocked. The air conditioning in main living area was appreciated as it was really hot outside. We enjoyed the porch with its great views and seating for all! To top it all Chris was a great host as he was really accommodating and a pleasue to work with! Thank you Chris!

Great Condo, Super Convenient Location, Mountain View!

We had a great time at the condo across from Loon Mountain. The condo was clean, the convenience of the location was unbelievable and Chris was very communicative. We especially loved having drinks on the deck lit with string lights and views of the mountain every evening. We’d love to stay again!

Great vacation spot!

We just got back from a 3 night stay with 5 adults and 7 kids/teens. The home was spacious enough to fit all of us, clean, well-stocked with necessities, and in a good location. The host Chris was great about communicating right before our trip and we didn’t encounter any issues. We would definitely book here again!

We have been coming to Lincoln for almost 20 years, back when we had 4 small boys...now we have 5 bigger boys! With 7 people, we need a place large and comfortable enough for all of us. We have stayed at many different places over the years and this might be our favorite place. Roomy, comfortable, excellent bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, clean. AC was available as needed but it was cool enough most days. On one of the hotter days it was great to have it. Chris was available quickly if there were any issues. And he was very understanding when I accidentally broke one of the wine glasses! Would love to stay here again next year.

Family Vacation

Wonderful ski weekend

The home is impeccable & the view is breathtaking! We used the shuttle to Loon which was So convenient - we loved the pool & outdoor hot tub! Great space for family fun- we Can’t wait to return!

Had a Great time

We had spent couple of days with our family and friends and it was so memorable. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean. Everything was provided , kitchen well stocked too. Fabulous property!

We had a fantastic time at this property. Perfect for an extended family vacation of 10 (age ranges 7-70). Centrally located to a lot of activities and you can even walk to Loon just across the street. The neighborhood is beautiful with gardens and waterfalls and we spent a lot of time walking the neighborhood too. The host was very responsive and property was clean and well-kept. We would got back.

This is the best VRBO property that I have stayed at. It was everything that was promised and more. Location was perfect for our needs with good skiing conditions. Rpoperty was excellent with plenty of room for everyone. Room for alone time and together tiime. Owenr for repsonsive.

Family Getaway

Amazing place to enjoy some quality time with family (10 total - with 4 kids, ages 2-11) and ski. We had plenty of room and the place was incredibly clean and comfortable for all. Beautiful views, looking directly at Loon, where we skied 2 days. The shuttle service couldn't be easier (quick 2 minute walk up to the top of the street) and came by roughly every 20 minutes and dropped off right next to Gondola. Great proximity to Lincoln and Woodstock (5-10 minutes), where we had dinner one night. Chris couldn't have been more accommodating and the entire experience was incredibly seamless. If you're looking for a great place for a family gathering, with ideal access to everything that the area has to offer, this is the place.
