Dies ist die Beschreibung der Wohnung auf dem Inserat:
"Ferienwohnung Unteribental
Dachwohnung in Unteribental, um fernab von Stadt im Schwarzwald Urlaub zu machen.
Die Lage lädt ein zu Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren in der Gegend. Nach Freiburg sind es mit dem Auto 20 min.
Grosser Wohnbereich mit Küche und separates Schlafzimmer. Eigenes Bad.
Leider hat es im Bad keine Duschkabine. Duschen ist nur sitzend in der Badewanne möglich.
Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen TV, dafür gibt es zahlreiche Bücher."
Hier wird klar kommuniziert, dass es im Bad keine Duschkabine gibt und Duschen nur sitzend in der Badewanne möglich ist.
Leider war in dem pdf, das nach der Buchung verschickt wird, noch eine alte Version der Beschreibung vorhanden, in der eine Duschgelegenheid im Souterrain angeboten wurde. Mittlerweile ist die Version aktualisiert.
Hier von Betrug zu sprechen, da der Gast ja bei Buchung den Inseratetext vorliegen hatte und nicht die nachgereichte pdf-Version, spricht für sich.
Somit sind wir uns einig, dass es kein weiteres Mietverhältnis geben wird.
