Recently remodeled and full of everything you need to call Encinitas your home away from home. Enjoy the year-round beautiful weather with the indoor-outdoor transitional living space.
Stroll two minutes to a gorgeous beach overlook or ten to your pick of beach entrances. This luxurious and fully remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is the perfect spot for those looking to experience Encinitas!
Walk out the french doors in the living room to your patio complete with a BBQ, fire pit, and string lights to take in the beautiful Southern California weather. Bedroom 1 contains a King bed and bedroom 2 down the hall has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share a stunning bathroom with double sinks as well as a shower & bath combo.
One off-street parking spot is located behind the home and there is ample parking on the street for any other vehicles.
