Dazzling Seabluffe sunsets! Ocean view two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome. King bed in the downstairs master, queen in the second bedroom located upstairs. Separate sitting room provides a cozy place to read, as well as a wall bed if needed. There are two televisions located in the following rooms: Living room and master bedroom. This property has a large ocean view deck with accordion glass doors that open up completely, creating a beautiful extended outdoor living space that includes BBQ, table, chairs and a daybed for lounging outside. Washer and dryer in the home. Enclosed garage. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards are provided. Enjoy the amenities of Seabluffe: two pools, one heated year round with a hot tub, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, half basketball court, child play area, and private stairs to the beach. The maximum occupancy is 5. EV charger in garage. WiFi and streaming. Ask about a small dog. AC.
