Downtown - near UTC Large home

This home is located in downtown Chattanooga. Our home is close to all attractions, downtown restaurants, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and public transport. You’ll love our home because of the ambiance, outdoor space in backyard and the comfy beds. Our home is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). And we're within 4 minute walk from University of Tennessee Chattanooga (UTC).
The space
The king bedroom (upstairs) has attached full bath as well as our downstairs twin bedroom has attached full bath. We have an extra matress under the twin bed if guests need it.
Upstairs the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has a bunk. The bunk bed is double on bottom and twin on top. The bottom bed can hold up to 200 lbs and top bunk 125 lbs. Please do not use if over this weight limit.

You will have access to the entire home and there is plenty of street parking at the front of the home!
