Enjoy this lovely home in a serene friendly neighborhood. Enjoy having coffee on the back patio watching all the different birds on this conservation lot. My home is professionally decorated themed for the outdoors and is fully equipped. It is centrally located to great beaches, parks restaurants both family owned and chains. Boat Marina at entrance to subdivision as is grocery store-Publix, TJ Max, Burlington, Part City, Old Tyme Pottery, Cracker Barrel.30 min to Tampa International Airport.
There is a very comfortable family room with a full reclining couch and reclining loveseat and large screen Roku TV. There is also a living room with couch and loveseat that the fully equipped kitchen overlooks and that leads out to the screen enclosed patio overlooking the conservation area. The main bedroom is a queen sized bed, two dressers and a large closet and the 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser and large closet.
