Welcome to Pelican Cove. Relax in our newly renovated 3-bed, 2-bathroom canal-front home with direct Gulf access and a 12 ft floating dock. Bring your boat or use our included kayaks to explore the stunning coastline, Anclote Key, and local islands.

This dog-friendly getaway features smart TVs in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and in-home laundry. Enjoy coffee on the patio overlooking the canal, or grill dinner after a day on the water.

Located in a charming Coastal community (New Port Richey), you’re close to local beaches, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Honeymoon Island, and vibrant downtown shops and dining. Perfect for family vacations, boating adventures, or a relaxing stay on the water!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in front on washer. Please make sure all kayaks are in designated area.
Double check propane is OFF & cover grill with black cover (grill must be completely cooled before doing so to prevent melting the cover.)
Accidents happen- please let us know! We simplify ask that you let us know right away if anything gets damaged (like towels, linens, dishes, etc).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We also kindly ask that any pet waste in the yard is cleaned up and that pets are kept off the furniture to help minimize hair.
30+ nights will require additional mid-stay cleaning. Extra cleaning fee will apply. Scheduled cleaning day will be communicated after booking.

This home was in a great location, close enough to things to do, stores, restaurants etc but also was located in a peaceful quiet location. Regardless if we were paddling on kayaks, sitting in the screened porch or snuggled in bed, it was extremely relaxing.

We loved everything about this house! Communication with host fabulous! House was spotless and had everything anyone could need. Want to sit outside in some comfy beach chairs? Want to sit in an amazing screened in porch and enjoy the breeze and watch the activity in the canal? Got a rare rainy day? Stay in and play foosball, play games or a puzzle? Pop some popcorn, make some waffles…. It’s all there. Truly an exception place and recommend renting … just not the dates we want because we will be renting again!!

Great house! Very large, spacious and clean. The owners supplied many useful items such as shampoo, body wash, several types of coffee makers, etc. We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch and relaxing by the water. The house was very close to the grocery store and restaurants. It was a short drive to Tarpon Springs and Dunedin as well. We would definitely stay here again if we visit this area in the future.
