The living area provides a comfortable place to unwind, complete with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, concrete finishes, a large island with seating, and the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay.

The bathroom features a spacious glass-enclosed walk-in shower with rainfall and handheld shower fixtures, along with fresh towels and bathroom essentials. You'll also have dedicated storage with hanging space, a dresser, extra linens, and beach essentials.

For additional peace of mind, the condo is also equipped for temporary power and water interruptions. A solar battery backup system can provide approximately 24 hours of essential backup power before recharging, depending on usage, while a 400-gallon water cistern with an emergency water pump provides backup water during temporary municipal service interruptions. Emergency water supplies are also kept in the apartment.

Guests must be comfortable climbing stairs to reach the apartment.

The apartment is also located in an active urban neighborhood. Guests should expect the sights and occasional sounds that come with staying in the city.
