Very nice and private apartment located just one block from the Ashford avenue, one more block of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico.
Master with a queen size bed and the second bedroom a full bed. One bathroom including towels, shampoo, etc.
Located at Washington St., San Juan, a lively neighborhood. Walking distance to the supermarket 24/7, hospital, pharmacy a variety of local and trendy restaurants, hotels, bars and very close to the airport and to Old San Juan.

Enjoy walking the peaceful area and sun in the mornings and then have fun visiting restaurants, pubs,etc. in Condado, Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Piñones.

Do not forget Calle Loiza, where you can find all kind of restaurants: Puerto Rican, Mexican,, international, healthy, at walking distance.

Super clean, comfy beds- AC !!! - Great and a fantastic location. Close to restaurants, shops, live night vibe (although- always be careful and do not walk late at night). Hosts were amazing. Thanks so much.

Our hosts were great! Very kind and thoughtful. They when out of their way to identify some places we can find Salsa dancing after we shared with them what we were looking for. We unfortunately couldn’t find places to dance and for them to do the research for us, it was appreciated. We couldn’t leave PR without dancing and because of them we found a place and it was the best and most fun salsa dancing we ever had. The location was great, it was comfy, clean and in safe area. It was also in the right location because the market was down the street, a gym was not far away, and we were walking distance from many other things. I would hope I can be so lucky to stay there again in the future.

What a gem! Centrally located, this spot has all you’ll need to have a pleasant stay in SJ. Safe, clean, and very conveniently located. Daniel is a wonderful host and is right across if you need them.The spot is quiet, sweet view, and peaceful. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything about this property was phenomenal. Location allowed us to travel to multiple parts of the island, but always have a reliable and very comfortable home base. The area is safe, the owner is very communicative, and I appreciated that it was quiet as I was traveling with my husband and my 86-year-old father. I would absolutely return to this place with my family.

Great unit in excellent neighborhood. Very safe and close to everything. Even with water shortages, this unit had water because its supply comes from a major connection that services nearby hospital, hotels and restaurants. This unit was as promised. A small 1/2-hour hiccup in getting access to the unit, but Jacqueline apologized and was very welcoming. Note: the parking spot is better suited for vehicles that are smaller than a mid-size SUV. Perfect spot for staying in Condado. Many thanks to Daniel and Jacqueline for hosting us.

Daniel was an excellent communicator and took great care of us. The property was lovely and just what we needed - a clean two-bedroom unit with a great view of Puerto Rico. It was in the Condado area which about a 15 minute Uber ride to Old San Juan. It is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is safe and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Everything a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

We rarely return to a place we have visited before, but we made an exception for this property. Staying here is one of the most relaxing things a person can do for themselves. Walks on the beach, swimming, incredible views from the balcony and roof are just a few of the things that make this place stand out. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful. I keep telling my family and friends about my experiences here. Nearby restaurants and shops are just icing on the cake. I could not recommend this place enough.
