Welcome to Condo Jade at Singular Joy Downtown Hotel and Residences, with 24-hour private security on site, located in the central area of Playa Del Carmen.
This 2nd floor condo, called Jade, offers you a fully furnished luxurious 2-bedroom suite and den for an extended stay.
The suite has two private rooms, the main one has a King bed, Smart TV, room darkening curtains, USB charging lamps, large closet and private safe in the room. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, closet and TV. The condo has a full bathroom with complimentary toiletries, towels, a shower with a rain shower head, and a sink.
The separate living room has a sofa and flat screen TV and a small terrace. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, full size microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and stove with pots, pans, and cookware included. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, plates and cutlery for 4 people. Pool towels are also provided during your stay.
Singular Joy Downtown has free WiFi in all public areas, the terrace has beautiful ocean views, and two large outdoor pools, a poolside bar. In addition, the establishment has concierge services. Please note that there is no on-site parking available and noise from the clubs can be loud during certain hours.
This suite is located in a privileged area within walking distance of everything that Playa del Carmen has to offer. Just one block from the beach and several beach clubs, one block from a convenience store, two blocks from the famous 5th Avenue, 10 minute walk from the ADO bus terminal, 10 minute walk from Walmart , a 15-minute walk from the Ultramar ferry station to Cozumel , and a perfect location for quick access to all kinds of restaurants and bars you seek during your stay.
Playa del Carmen is only 45 minutes from the Cancun Airport, one hour from Tulum and close to the Xplor Theme Park and the Xcaret Ecological Theme Park, which are some of the most popular attractions in the area. There is also the Interactive 3D Museum of Wonders and Yucatek Divers Museum, which is also worth visiting.
