Other than some minor glitches it was a great place for a girls trip. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Carmel is an easy place to get around in, so the location made it even easier. I would come back.

This property is in a great location walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops shops, the beach and other attractions. We loved the amenities; outdoor sauna, shower, hot tub and fireplace were amazing. Both showers had a steam option. Kitchen set up was perfect. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

This charming home was a great home base to explore the area. The home was clean and comfortable, but we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The rooftop patio and the hot tub were great places to relax. The location of the home was perfect, within easy walking distance to Pacific Grove shopping and Lovers Point, we would definitely stay again!

I tried calling and texting the caretaker several times but no response. The house was great. The back patio was awesome. House was well equipped and in a great location. Very expensive though but it is Monterey!

Cozy, cute place to stay. Very clean and beds were comfortable too! Close walking distant to everything.Not ideal if you have a toddler staying with you. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was nice and clean. We didn't use the hot tub or back patio but it is much smaller than the photos. The major issue was the parking. It had a driveway for one car and the host said there was ample parking on the street which was not true. It is a very narrow street and cars are parked across the street from the driveway making it almost impossible to get out of the driveway. Luckily I am pretty good with a car but I bet 50% of people would be boxed in and would be unable to get out. I was just going to park on the street but later in the evening when everyone was home the closest spot I could find was 3 blocks away.

This house is very well appointed with very comfy beds and linens. The location can’t be beat as it was walkable to both the lovely beach of Lovers Point as well as the downtown area of Packfoc Grove. Love not having to drive.

Location was A - 3 minute walk to the beach, or 3 minute walk to town…all super convenient.House was nice. Pros - steam showers were amazing (!), kitchen was pretty well stocked, TVs were nice, location.Opportunities - beds weren’t overly comfortable, chemical smell from hot tub kept us from using it, communication (check-in instructions came at 8pm the night before, which is a little unnerving with an early flight)Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend Pacific Grove over Carmel or Monterey. Quieter, but also conveniently located to them both.

We loved the location of this home. Everything was walking distance! It was a very quiet neighborhood. We were very pleased with the hot tub, the roof top patio, and especially the kitchen, which was very well appointed with everything we needed! We plan to reserve this home again, hopefully very soon.

This was an excellent property that had many many amenities that were very easy to use. The owner made it so easy to be at this house, including the simple checkout process. There is great gathering space inside and out, and it was a perfect spot for our reunion of four girlfriends scattered across the country. We had no issues, it was a very quiet neighborhood, and we would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I have stayed in a number of rentals over the years, and I will say that this one had everything a family might need. From coolers to sunscreen, from laundry detergent to frosted mugs in the freezer, to additional linens to air mattresses...it was a very nice stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is great for both walking down to the bay/coast and walking to downtown Pacific Grove. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Fantastic property in an awesome location (great to be able to walk out in one direction for restaurants and in the other direction for the ocean). The house is spacious but has a really homely feel and the hot tub is a great addition.
