Wonderful apartment in independent, epoch house, elegantly furnished and endowed with every comfort. Placed in one of the few private streets in Milan, therefore out of the road and city chaos and of the entourage of the Ecopass, but comfortable to reach the center and the central station. Well 8 lines of transport in the immediate proximities. Fiera Milano City is afoot quietly attainable in alone 15 minutes. Subway line 1 to four stops of bus, ideal to reach the new pole of Rho. Rapid access to the highway Milan-lakes. They are found besides, to few minutes, the famous commercial center of Square Accursio and "La Rinascente".

Everything was great

Exceptional location, 5 min from Lidl, 30 min from City centre. Appointment nice and cosy with everything you need including washing machine, dishwasher, iron and hair dryer.

Reasonably priced accommodation a little out of the city centre

With excellent tram and bus links, this small apartment in a quiet residential street was a good base from which to explore Milan. Communication with the owner was hassle-free and the pricing was competitive. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was useful as was the nearby Lidl. The apartment would be improved by replacing the sliding glass panelled door between the bedroom and the living room/children's bedroom with something more substantial. In general, it was a well-equipped and comfortable place to stay. Recommended.

Un bel appartement un peu daté par les annees

Positionnement pratique pour visiter les différents quartiers de Milan. Rue calme et agréable. Bonne réactivité d'Andrea. Reste un bel appartement mais marqué par les années qui supporterait un peu d'investissement pour le rendre pleinement agréable : Vraiment trop peu de pression d'eau chaude à la douche rendant périlleux l'exercice au quotidien. Le chauffage central n'est pas fonctionnel et remplacé par des radiateurs électriques trop juste pour chauffer le volume. Service hôtellerie un peu juste pour 6 jours (un torchon, un seul jeu de serviette par personne). Et une pauvre petite cafetière italienne dans une cuisine qui ne permet pas vraiment de cuisiner (pas de four). Literie ok. Bref, on le conseille mais pas quand il fait froid.

L'appartement est dans une rue calme, près de supermarchés et restaurants et à deux pas d'arrêts de tram et de bus. Le centre de Milan est facilement accessible en 20-30 minutes. C'était parfait pour notre voyage et nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

location et accueil très agréable

L'appartement est très bien aménagé. Propre, literie en très bon état, couchage très confortable. La place de stationnement juste devant l'entrée est un plus. Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de Pedro qui nous a communiqué pleins d'infos très utiles ainsi qu'un plan du quartier. La propriétaire est également très attentionnée et nous a conseillé certaines visites . Tout était prêt à notre arrivée. Lits faits, livret d'accueil.... Les transports : bus, tram sont vraiment dans la rue d'à côté et pour les courses tout est facile d'accès à pieds. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est vraiment bien aménagé. Cette location est tout à fait adapté pour une famille. Nous y étions avec nos 3 enfants.

Quand à l'appartement, ce n'était pas propre poussière un peu partout. La baignoire fuit. Il a fallu acheter café. Pour le prix je trouve que c'est pas terrible.

Great apartment, good location, very helpful owner!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for several weeks. It's adorable. Everything was very comfortable, well-kept and clean. It was also spacious, close to a Fitness First gym which allowed weekly passes, and close to downtown. The price was fair and the owner very accessible and friendly. A good choice!

Dear Pablo, We enjoyed your flat a lot. Yes, the apartment has been perfect. The was fatastic, just as we like it. The kitchen is well-equipped. We enjoyed having breakfast in the garden every morning. The food market is very convenient. Everything worked as planned and was quite comfortable and very very quiet.
