Location was good for me since close proximity to family. Inside very clean and had basic necessities. Host was very quick to respond to questions. Only drawback was outdoor areas are a bit depressing- all dirt and uncut weeds. All in all worked out well for us. I’d stay there again but would not attempt to have morning coffee outside again.

When you arrived, you messaged me; “You have an absolutely beautiful home.” Then, the very next day, you complain that your son woke up with a headache, you had a “pulled neck” and the toilet paper wasn’t a “high enough grade” for you. I don’t understand how I am responsible for your son’s headache or your pulled neck and no one has ever complained about my toilet paper. I think a hospital would be better suited for you in the future.

There for an expensive medical procedure. Would have had to have two hotel rooms and pay for parking. This was very comfortable and saved us a lot of money.

Perfect Location, outstanding Host

In for the World Series and this House was perfect. Clean and in perfect location. Host very accommodating and the response times for any questions was impeccable. Would definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving

We came to celebrate Thanksgiving with family that lives 15 min away. The kitchen was fully equipped and beds were very comfortable. We were two adults and space was great and everything was very clean. I can only suggest a better care of the front lawn of the property. We visited Lake Balboa, an excellent place to walk/run.

Great House with Access to So Much

This was a very nice place with easy check in/out. Clean and comfortable. Nicely outfitted kitchen, bath (dual sinks) and laundry. Quick access to 101 and 405. Driveway to park in was a nice feature. A good place to hang out in or use as a launching spot to see LA.

Doing VRBO at Quinn’s

Private parking, very nice and comfortable, hot shower ( but low pressure water spray) and low toilet ( mobility issues) A minus grade.Thumbs up recommendation for sure, reasonable rules and price!
