The Space:
With its size, style, and location, Shoreline Retreat is the ideal way to experience Coeur d'Alene. Just a block north of Sander's beach, you can leave the car in the garage, fill the wagon with floaties and snacks, and walk down to the neighborhood beach during the day. And with comfortable outdoor seating, you can relax under the tall pines in the evening while dinner sizzles on the grill.

Entering through the beautifully crafted door, you'll find hardwood floors spread throughout the home's great room. In the open-concept kitchen, you'll find upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of lighting for easy cooking. The large kitchen island has seating for three while the dining table with seating for eight.

Round the corner on this main level to find the conveniently located half-bath. Just beyond, you'll find the primary suite with a cozy king bed, Smart TV, plenty of storage, and a warm, airy feel that will give you a quality experience. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a glass shower, vanity with seating for easy getting ready, and ample lighting. A walk-in closest completes this space while the granite countertops and chandelier details make these very luxury rooms dazzling.

Journey up to the second level where the main living space awaits. This bright room was expertly designed around the large windows to give just enough color and texture. Cozy in on the large sectional for a family movie night, or settle in with a book beside the fireplace. A corner table provides additional seating for four and leads to a balcony with seating for two, a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee.

Behind the nearby French doors, an office gives you a private space with a desk, or grab a game off the shelf for hours of fun. Down the hall, two colorful rooms complete this level with a queen bed and Smart TV in each. Between the rooms sits a large full bathroom with a tub.

Make your way back down the stairs to find the lower level where a separate family space awaits with a ping-pong table and drink bar complete with a wine fridge and Keurig. Follow the tiled floor into the large fourth bedroom with a queen bed, bench seating, and storage. The second primary and fifth bedroom can be found on this level as well and is separated by a door to the hall for added privacy. With a king bed, Smart TV, and walk-in closet, this carpeted room is cozy yet spacious. The second primary bathroom on this level is light and breezy with tile throughout, a glass shower, large mirrors, and a seated vanity for easy getting ready.

There are two one-car garages attached to the home, side-by-side with a gym in between where you'll find a stationary bike, weights, yoga mat, and jump rope. With the home, you'll also have access to beach chairs, a paddleboard, wagon for easy transportation, a basket full of sports balls, and more!

Just blocks from the base of Tubbs Hill, you'll have easy access to casual hiking with incredible lake views. McEuen Park is nearby as well, with a large play structure and splash pad for the kids, concert series in the summer, and an ice rink in the winter.
