Somewhere On A Beach Cottage is the perfect summer vacation home to host your family and friends. Enjoy a prime location at MP 5 in Kill Devil Hills, easily walk or bike to excellent restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques, beaches, bike trails and other OBX fun.

Welcome to your beach bliss, where home comforts intertwine with vacation excitement. Our well-appointed cottage is perfect for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a dash of adventure.

Upon entering, the first floor reveals a fantastic game room, complete with a TV, comfortable queen sleeper sofa couch, and addictive stand-up Arcade Games like NBA Jam, Pac-Man or Golden Tee. A washer and dryer for your laundry needs and a convenient half bath are also situated on this floor. The bunk room with 4 full beds is located on the first floor also.

Ascend to the second floor where the heart of our home lies. An open concept floor plan allows everyone to stay connected, whether you're whipping up a feast in our well-equipped kitchen or lounging on our sofa and love seat. Sleep soundly in our three bedrooms which include two queen rooms and a king bedroom, all decked out with temper-pedic toppers and summer down comforters for that extra dash of luxury. Two well-appointed bathrooms (one en-suite in the master bedroom) ensure everyone can freshen up with ease.

Step outside to discover a backyard paradise. BBQ lovers will rejoice with our two grills (propane and charcoal), and an outdoor eating area overlooks the enticing Pool. The evening isn't complete without making memories around our propane fire pit or trying your hand at horseshoe pits.

Our shed contains- Two adult bikes, two kid bikes, two scooters, cornhole boards, foam surfboard, several boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, Wheeleez beach cart and a hard cooler.

Our cottage is located a hundred yards away from mini golf, go cart racing and an arcade. You can easily walk to Henry's Seafood and Dunkin Donuts as well. You can also walk west a few blocks over to Bay Drive to watch sunsets on the sound. There is a dock and boat ramp located close by as well and a bike/walking path that continues for several miles.

Any group whose behavior creates a disruption or interferes with their neighbor’s peaceful enjoyment of their property will not be allowed to stay and no refund of rents will be made. Any group misrepresenting themselves may be denied occupancy and no refund of rents will be made. ***
