A remodeled 1920s home on a quiet street between ETSU and downtown Johnson City — close enough to walk to campus and the stadium. Two queen bedrooms sleep four, the kitchen's set up to actually cook in, and there's a smart TV in every room. About five minutes to JCMC and downtown's restaurants. Bring the dog — they're welcome here. Come on in and make yourself at home.
Once you're up the front steps, it's all on one level — two bedrooms, one full bath with a stand-up tile shower, and an open-concept living and dining area. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and USB-C/USB-A plugs so you can charge everything without hunting for an adapter.
The living space is open and bright with newer furnishings, a sofa and chair, and a table that seats four. The kitchen has an electric range and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, a Keurig combo (K-cups and a drip pot), plus a blender and toaster. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms run your streaming logins, fast cable wifi reaches throughout, and there's a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to work. Out front, a porch with two rocking chairs, and the driveway holds two cars with street parking if needed. You'll have the whole place to yourselves.
Good to know: there are six steps up to the front porch and they can be steep, so keep that in mind if anyone has trouble with stairs. It's a 1920s home with real character. A train passes nearby now and then — most guests barely notice, but a white-noise app helps light sleepers. There's no washer/dryer on-site, but a laundromat is close by and we offer a pickup-and-delivery valet laundry service. Self check-in with a smart-lock keypad, pets welcome, no smoking inside, quiet hours 10 p.m.–7 a.m.
You're between ETSU and downtown Johnson City, walkable to campus and the stadium, about five minutes to JCMC and downtown restaurants, 15–20 minutes to Jonesborough, and 35–40 minutes to Bristol Motor Speedway on race weekends.
