Relax with the family at this peaceful cottage steps to Swifts beach. We offer our cottage for the first time to the market for rent. Renovated less than 2 years ago we offer 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and an additional queen size inflatable mattress for additional sleeping, brand new AC units, ceiling fans, full bathroom and outdoor shower, full kitchen and outdoor grill, 2 TVs and free Wi-Fi we also offer outdoor deck with seating, patio table and kayaks.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

My sisters and I checked in the place was NOT CLEANED

The beds still had dirty sheets from previous guest Dirty towels in the bathroom NO CLEAN Linens Floors were dirty could not locate the air mattress for sleep (my sister used the couch) we went to Target and purchased towels linens and l cleaning cleaned supplies. I did contact the owner and verbo as well . This made for a stressful start of our time away. The owner reached out and refunded me $240.00 dollars for cleaning fee Not really Satisfied with our stay

Swifts Beach Family Reunion

Courtney was wonderful to work with! The cottage was quaint, needed a deep cleaning though. It was like someone left and it was not cleaned in between.. Beds were comfortable, sheets were sandy(brought my own linens) As a guest, when you're paying a cleaning fee the reasonable expectation is to walk in to a clean property. I might suggest investing in a new vacuum, the current one blows out more debris than it picks up. For the purpose of being with my large multi-generational family for a few days, this property was perfect. For future guests you might consider making the parking situation clear, didn't intentionally mean to upset the neighbor and resolved the parking issue as quickly as I could.

Great cottage for family vacay

Nice cottage, worked well for our family with two young children. Pros: clean, good wifi, nice kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds.. cons: shower was small, and the cottage is directly behind another cottage you have to walk/drive past for access.
