This large 2 bedroom quiet, peaceful and family friendly 1,500 square foot residence is perfect for golfers who want to stay focused on their game, and get a restful night's sleep, avoiding a noisy hotel environment. We are proud to be eco-friendly inside and out, offering your family an environmental that is safe and pesticide/dangerous chemical free. We are proud to be recognized by the National Wildlife Federation as a Certified Wildlife Habitat.

Liz and Scott Chamberlin, avid golfers and pickleball players, moved to Pinehurst because of its amazing active lifestyle. Having played the world famous course #2 and #4 many times, they fell in love with the culture and amenities that the Pinehurst Country Club offers, as well as the charm of the Village of Pinehurst, and the many high quality restaurants located minutes from Casa de Pinehurst.
Why they chose this property
Pinehurst is a quaint, historical village located in the mild Sandhills climate of North Carolina. Founded in 1895, and known as the "Cradle of Golf" it is a veritable "Camelot", designed by the famous architect, Frederick Law Olmstead. We were touched by the its old world charm and the southern hospitality of its residents. We found a residence that would ensure privacy, safety, and be a beautiful place to live.
What makes this property unique
In searching for a safe and highly private environment, we found a large, newly built home on an acre of pine forested land. We've added a growing understory of native trees, shrubs, and flowers to support the local wildlife, and to add to its natural beauty. The large, two bedroom residence downstairs, with a private entrance, was a natural for guests to enjoy the quiet beauty of our neighborhood known as "Clarendon Gardens".
