Beautiful home. GREAT LAYOUT. Lots of privacy for family travel. Main issue was there were spider webs/cob webs covering all the outside furniture and the inside/outside picnic table. This was not just recent webs, this was serious build up and made everyone nervous to sit in any of the outside furniture. Spider webs on the handrails too. I would stay here again if the owner would have the outside living spaces cleaned. You also have to hold the door in place to get the keypad to work properly and noticed a couple of stains on bedding. Great house though, these were just suggested fixes that sort of gave me the ickk.

Our Easter family getaway was amazing! The house comfortably fit our group of 5 adults, 5 kids, and water-loving retriever. The private pier was the highlight. Being April, the ocean was still cold and we spent our time fishing and paddling on the SUP board while the kids and pups played in the warmer sound water.The home was clean, well stocked, and in a safe, friendly neighborhood perfect for walks and bike rides. Shops and groceries were within walking distance, which was super convenient.The multi-level layout with stairs was fun for the kids, but may be a challenge for elderly guests or very young children.Overall, a wonderful stay—we’ll definitely be back!

Incredibly convenient location and beautiful sunsets. Not so much handicapped/bad knee friendly (we had three with bad knees and it was difficult) due to many stair levels, dining room even has stairs. We expected stairs but this was more than we had anticipated for people with mobility problems. It did have a well equipped kitchen and really enjoyed the huge shower head in the master bedroom. I gave it five stars because guests without mobility issues would find the location, view, host/rental communication, and ease of check in and out great.

Cobweb city

The home itself and the location were great but the property was overrun with cobwebs. It needs a good cleaning. Also the house was not stocked with many of the normal toiletries and the beds were not even made! It was not a good value for the price. We will not go back

We had high hopes for this property based on the listing and location, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.The biggest issue was the lack of maintenance. The home appeared to have a significant carpenter ant problem, and we also encountered hornets around the property during our stay. These were not isolated sightings and made it difficult to fully enjoy the home.The air conditioning situation made matters even worse. Both air conditioning units failed during our stay, leaving the home uncomfortable during a very warm week. While we understand that mechanical issues can happen, the handling of the repair process was frustrating. A service technician arrived at the property without any prior notice, despite the fact that we had dogs in the home. This created an unnecessary and potentially unsafe situation. The technician's attitude was also less than professional, which only added to the frustration.The bedding and mattresses were also below expectations. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the bedding felt worn and subpar for a vacation rental at this price point. A good night's sleep is an important part of any vacation, and this was another area where the property fell short.Overall, the property seems overdue for routine maintenance and upkeep, especially considering the rental rates being charged.On a positive note, the location offers absolutely stunning sunsets. Watching the sun go down each evening was the highlight of our stay.
