Brand new fully remodeled Lahaina Gem! This stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is where it’s at! Get the feel of old hawaii with a classy modern twist. We also provide snorkeling gear, body boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and new air conditioning. The Condo is ground floor location with no steps. One cannot get any closer to the ocean. Imagine staying only 15 ft from the ocean. Extremely quiet and peaceful setting. The ocean sound will be music to your ears! Access to the ocean is just steps from your lanai!

The view was outstanding, the location was amazing, and the parking spot was excellent. The facility itself is very attractive and well maintained. The condo was spacious, and we appreciated having access to the televisions and cable. The queen bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect—both spacious and well equipped. The staff and host were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.A few downsides to note: the bathroom cleanliness could be improved, as there was mold on the tub drain plug, which prevented us from using the bathtub. The couches were also not very comfortable. Additionally, there is no hot tub in the pool area, and the pool was quite cold. The bedrooms tended to get very warm, though the main living area stayed cool.Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful Stay!!

We so enjoyed our stay on Maui and this condo was perfect for being on the beach, relaxing, swimming, watching sunsets! Very convenient to local restaurants and short drive to additional beach locations, restaurants, Lahaina and Kaanapali! We saw sea turtles swim by our front door. Very clean property and prompt and courteous help from owner.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Ryan's place. The space is great - big open floor plan with a very nice redone kitchen, and of course, amazing ocean front views. Our family spent many evenings making meals and letting the kids play and enjoy the view. The condo was very clean and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable. Ryan truly went above and beyond to help make us comfortable and answer any questions we had. The location is also excellent, especially with little kids. Within walking distance to a fun beach park, farmer's market, coffee shop and fish taco place. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect!

Ryan was terrific responding to any questions! The condo has great kitchen space and huge island, nice appliances. Bathroom arrangement of two rooms ideal. First floor made for outstanding accessibility just a few feet from the parking space open on one side. Views and sound of the roaring ocean made for constant, viewing pleasure: whales! ABC store, equipment rental close by. Great beaches close by and short drive. Hope to return!

Fabulous find!

We are so delighted with our stay at Ryan’s condo. It’s beautifully and fully stocked with high end comfortable accommodations, but the real star is the proximity to the ocean. Listening to the waves crash against the sea wall was mesmerizing, nighttime star gazing, and eating every meal on the lanai were equally amazing. The grounds are also really lovely. We used the on-site, open air laundry facilities (app based), but didn’t meed the pool with the water and beach close by. We saw a couple of sea turtles out front, but found the best snorkeling just a few miles north at Kapalua beach. Super short drive from Ryan’s condo. Definitely recommend!

Perfect spot, wonderful host

We could not have enjoyed this property any more!! The location was ideal, loved having the end unit, right on the water. My teenaged kids were in the water within 5 minutes of arriving. Ryan was friendly and responsive to all of our questions. The place was brand new, well-stocked, and clean. We appreciated having snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and beach towels provided. So much better than staying at a high-rise hotel. We will definitely be back!!
