Don’t think twice to book our beautifully decorated, spacious, 3-bedroom & fully equipped apartment in the main area of Escalón in SS.. Restaurants, convenience stores and all types of shops are a few minutes distance. You won’t find a better location to get around San Salvador. The apartment is super comfortable with lux beds, Smart TV’s, fast wifi and all needed for an epic stay. workspace friendly.

This classy decorated apartment has been one of our favorite rental places for business travelers due to the location. If you want to be centric, then this is the place to be! The complex offers a gym and a nice pool area! Just a great place to be in!

Horrible experience with the managers of this property, these people don’t care about their customers I don’t understand how they are still in business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The managers were rude and didn’t believe me when I told them all the issues that I found with the place , I had to call multiple times with no avail, I sent them pictures of all the issues found and still didn’t believe me and try to blame for it. In all it took 4 full days out my vacation for these people to do anything about it. Diana, Niels, and someone that goes by Teresita Elsalvador stays , are all bad managers. They do not represent the actual property owner well at all. I did meet the actual owner and showed him all the issues with his property and he was surprised on how bad his apartment was. I hope the owner takes matters into his own hands and gets rid off Diana, Niels and Teresa.

Inopportune situation

- the communication prior to arrival was not great. - they requested additional information about my reservation til AFTER i msgd them my traveling morning AND 3 hours after while I was in the air so that complicated check -in. They did allow us to check in at 2 v 3pm. - no manual with indications on how to make AC work or light units (this has been a thing everywhere I've gone in the past) - no indications on pool location or times of use - initial reservation description should specify they don't allow visitors at all. Not even to the door. - water pressure was horrid in sink so we reported and a day later was asked to vacate due to pipe work that was necessary (I understood this but it was soooo very inconvenient, stressful, and disappointing). - I was msgd through VRBO and WhatsApp requesting to vacate...for such an emergency a call would have been better appropriate. - usually kitchens have basic needs things like paper towels, they had none. - it wasn't a horrible experience but I would NOT reserve again nor recommend it to anyone who wants family to visit or share a meal with someone. Communication could improve. Their hosting needs work. -The pool was great and the view is nice.
