The Steinbock Lodge

The 4 large bedrooms spread across 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the spacious living room and the private garden ensure that not only large families can enjoy their holiday in the Alps in complete relaxation.



Ground floor: Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer combination as well as the cosy living room. Here you will find a comfortable sofa and a large dining table for 8 people. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with washing machine, toilet and bathtub.



First floor: Here you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with box spring double beds. One bedroom has a balcony with panoramic mountain views and a television. On the first floor there is another bathroom with shower and toilet.



Second floor: Here you will find 2 further generous bedrooms with box spring double beds and storage space. Here too, one bedroom is connected to the panoramic balcony and has a television.

Directly in front of the house is a free private car park for 3 cars. One parking space is covered. The lodge also includes a small garden with a dining table. A washing machine is available to you free of charge for laundry. The lodge is just a stone's throw from Zeller See in a quiet yet central location. In the garden house there is a ski room, which can also be used as storage for bicycles.

Location:

The large house is located in Zell am See in the beautiful district of Schüttdorf and is surrounded by charming detached houses. The bus stop is only 260 metres away, and several restaurants are also easily accessible on foot (including a very good Chinese and an Italian one). If you love shopping, head to the nearby shopping centre (450 m) with a good mix of clothing shops and a large supermarket. Walks and cycle paths start directly from the house into the unspoilt nature of Zeller See.



Zell am See is a paradise for holidaymakers from all over the world and every season offers countless leisure activities: 3 beach baths (Zeller See has water temperatures of up to 23 degrees in summer), 1 glacier with snow guarantee, 1387 kilometres of slopes, countless hiking trails, the most beautiful views of the mountains, 90 restaurants and immediate proximity to Kaprun.



Other information:

The house is located directly in a residential area. Please therefore strictly observe quiet hours (22:00 – 06:00). Parties are not permitted.

Charging electric vehicles

Charging electric vehicles is not permitted on the property or at the existing power connections. Please use the designated public charging stations in the surrounding area to charge your electric car.
