Spend unforgettable days in Zell am See in our Living Eden - TOP 14 and reserve directly with the owner at the best price.Our family apartment is divided in three sleeping rooms and one living room. We accommodate up to 8 guests in our 85m² apartment. The highlight: central location directly in the downtown, parking area and a huge balcony which gives you a marvellous view of the surrounding mountain scenery. Within walking distance: City Express ski station (400m), the lake (200m), a supermarket (100m), train and bus station (150m). The golf course (4km) and the next airport (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport. The accommodation is equipped with an elevator, an iron/board, WIFI, hair dryer, central heating, fan and a TV.Moreover the apartment is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. It comes with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and a water boiler.

Convenient and comfortable

This is our second year in Zell am See and in this apartment. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us. We were very pleased to see the newly fitted kitchen. The large balcony is a particular bonus and a lovely place to eat breakfast. The location in the centre of town was perfect - everywhere including the station/bus/lake/supermarket a short walk away. It would be a good idea to fit a shower screen to the bath as this would make the shower in the bathroom easier to use. The extractor fan in the shower room did not always come on

This apartement and location perfect

Het is een ruim appartement met een mooi balkon en uitzicht. Lift op je eigen verdieping. Met 7 man goede bedden en ruimte om te relaxen/ biertje te drinken. Het is geen straf om daar te zijn. Auto parkeren 9 persoons busje was ook geen probleem. Mooie locatie voor een relaxte wintersport Niet veel. Wij hadden geen code van het ski ruimte en er was maar beste voor 6 personen.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage.

Wir waren zu fünft (drei Erwachsene und zwei Jugendliche) für einen Wanderurlaub im Sommer in Zell am See. Die Wohnung liegt top in der Innenstadt, und mensch kann für alles Ausflüge auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zurückgreifen. Natürlich bekommt die Wohnung etwas von der Partystimmung ab, wenn in der Nähe was los ist, aber wir fanden das nicht so schlimm. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist OK, für 8 Persoonen kann das Geschirr aber vermutlich etwas knapp werden. Auch insgesamt muss man sich zu acht gut verstehen und arrangieren (zwei 3er und ein 2er Zimmer). MIt den Parkplätzen müssen sich die Gäste des Hauses arrangieren, einen bessere Markierung könnte hier helfen. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung in top Lage.

Hygiene sehr mangelhaft

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung nicht wie auf den Bildern im onlineinserat. Teilweise fehlen Kastentüren in der Küche, Wasserhahn nicht befestigt beim Waschbecken in der Küche, Türschnalle Küchentüre lose und generell überall Spinnweben und Schmutz in allen Räumen! Da der Preis mangelhafte Hygiene keinesfalls rechtfertigt, waren alle Reisende sehr enttäuscht!
