Easy access to public transportation, Close to CHOP, HUP, UPenn ,Drexel, 30TH train station ,etc. Also there are many restaurants and stores nearby ! 3 minutes walk to Clark park to get some fresh air and relax in nature view. Keyless self-check In ,High speed Wifi and 24/7 exterior video surveillance ! Ideal for college & family visiting, business traveller and other pleasure !

✦Bedrooms: Relax in two elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with a cozy queen bed, feel more comfortable .

✦Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for cooking, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, free coffee supply etc.

✦Bathroom : a new modern and brightly bathroom supplied with Fresh towels and all essentials. also great water pressure for shower.

✯The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, need climbs 2 flight stairs referring in photos.

✯Parking: 2 hours limit Front street parking (8 am-8pm on Mon-Fri ) , No limit on weekend. There are 2 streets on the back and side are not limited and easy find ---our suggestion parking area.

✯For safety concern :Only registered guests are allowed(any visitor require notice in advance),otherwise take action as trespassing . 24/7 video surveillance at exterior of building .

✯We have a strict no smoking ,no party and quiet hours(9pm-7am)policy.Failure to adhere to those policies will result a fine, and the possible cancelation of your stay without a refund or eviction .More details please referring our house rules .

Our Go-To place to stay for UPenn hospital visits

We have stayed here twice already and will continue to book this house for all of our future appointments at UPenn hospital. The location is perfect for using Lyft to get around the city. We really love the pizza at Carbon Copy brewing .

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Street parking was easy to find. There are multiple units in the building and while you can sometimes hear people in other units walking around it did not detract from our experience. We were mindful that our toddler walks loudly so we tried to limit the noise as much as possible. Our host was courteous and checked in with us. The entire space was clean and well maintained. If the opportunity came up, we would stay here again.

Perfect home base for everything in Philadelphia

If you have doctor appointments or school events at U of P this is a great location. The home has been completely renovated with very comfortable beds and a nice shower. There is a complete, well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is very safe and the building is secure. We already booked our return trip for May.

Clean and cozy

We only got to spend one night and morning there but we really enjoyed the time we had there. It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and my husband and my sister both now want rain shower heads because of the one they had here. It was easy to access and took the stress out of everything 😊 Would stay again if we are back in Philly!

Mother/Daughter Vacation

I visited Philly with my mother and two small children with visits to the zoo and Please Touch Museum on the itinerary. This apartment was the perfect location to visit both places! Ivy was so easy to get in touch with and helpful with all of my questions! Her setup and toys for kids, high chair, strollers for use were very thoughtful. Great stay for a family!

Fantastic place to stay!

The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and perfect for myself, my husband, and our young daughter. We loved that the host provided toys, our daughter had an absolute blast playing with the toy kitchen and reading the books (they even had some of our favorite - Pete the Cat!). The location was great, walkable to restaurants (Loco Pez was delicious) and right by the trolley line if you need to get downtown quickly and easily. We loved our stay here and will be back next time we're in Philly!

Property was excellent and very comfortable for us. Supper clean and nice! Location was convenient and easy to get to. Good food around the neighborhood and easy access to mass transit if one needs or wants to get downtown to center city or really anywhere. As long as our daughter is in the neighborhood we hope to be able to stay in this location again.

Nice, clean West Philly apartment

This was a beautiful apartment in a beautiful West Philly neighborhood. The check in was straightforward and simple. There are lots of good food options within walking distance. It is kid friendly. A crib, stroller and toys were all provided for us. The only minor drawback was that they only gave us one roll of toilet paper. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Find!

We really appreciated all the extras this property had to offer. Especially the children’s items - we had a busy 2 year old and wanted a family friendly location. This property didn’t disappoint. Very clean, decor as shown. Small children families should know the washer is at their level. We placed the toy kitchen in front which helped. Does have a gas range (no knob locks) and TV is not anchored but stable. The parking was difficult and we did use the off street parking lot one night and decided to pay the $26 for the ticket and park out front the second. Be aware that others in the building will be heard and hear you - thin walls and floors. Loved the live plants and comfy beds!

Lovely apartment, immaculate and well appointed.

Ivy was super responsive and helpful from booking through our stay. The apartment has everything you need for the comforts of home - quality linens and beds, lovely decor, quiet street. They clearly put great thought into the renovation and designs. We will be back, for sure!
