Coldwater Lake Spacious Lake Drive Getaway

Forget your worries in this spacious home. This home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, with a new patio by the lakefront. Great front and backyard , along with being lakefront with a great beach area for swimming with ankle deep water to chest deep water. With this home you will gain access to the main floor, upstairs, garage, and front driveway. You may see the host from time to time while using the basement occasionally when heading to or from the lake, as that is the best feature but will never stay there during your booking! There will be posts to auger your personal boat or rental next to the dock as our dock sits on the floor of the lake and cannot handle a boat being tied up to it. As you look to the backyard, you will be a few short steps from Bella Vista Golf Course, as well their restaurant Oscar Brown's Tavern.

Our family has stayed at this property twice, and both times, we’ve been very happy with our experience. The location is awesome, with great views of the lake. The home is spacious and had plenty of room for our large family to hang out together in the open kitchen and living room areas.

Great Lake house

We had a great week enjoying Coldwater Lake! There was plants of space for 2 families and 2 parents and the water front was perfect for the kids to swim and float around!

Great retreat for the whole family!

Our extended family has a wonderful time enjoying Thanksgiving together at this wonderful home with a gorgeous waterfront view. The house has a great layout for large groups. And the host was amazingly attentive to our needs. He was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Great stay at a great lake side home!

This home exceeded our expectations from the pictures on VRBO. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 13 (8 adults and 3 young children). Everything was very clean at our check-in and came with more amenities (cooking and other accommodations) than any other VRBO property that we have stayed at in the past. Everyone in our family had a great time on our stay and will likely plan a trip back in the future!

Wonderfully appointed and spacious home!

We stayed here with four kids ranging 12-15, the home had plenty of room and amenities, from the kitchen, grill, and blackstone to the paddle board, options for a boat and awesome lakeside view. We also enjoyed the proximity to the golf course. Perfect view of the lake and the golf course from the living room! We will definitely return!

Lake Dr Coldwater MI prop

Everything was great, no complaints. House and property exceeded our expectations. Very nice, would recommend house to anyone that was looking for a rental in that area. Easily accommodated 8 adults & 7 young children. Only suggestion, include a pontoon boat.

Coldwater Gem

Amazing property and location. The house was super clean and very well appointed. Great dock to keep the boat and the views were terrific. We really enjoyed the golf course that is in the backyard. Saw deer every evening. We will be back! The host was super responsive and very helpful.

Great vacation on the water

This house was perfect. There were games available for children, items available to use in the water (paddle boards, flotation devices etc). House was clean and well stocked kitchen items and coffee. Greg was available but never had need to contact. Firepit near the water was fun to use and make s'mores. Could not ask for better rental for vacation.

Great place to stay!

Check in was easy and owner very flexible. House was clean. Great surprise that we had 2 large refrigerators to use. Loved the yard games and being able to use their raft and paddle boards. Plenty of room for 14 ppl. Would suggest in middle bedroom upstairs (bunk beds) to tighten screws or something. Very wobbly. Overall everything was great and would definitely stay again!
