Falmouth Heights renovated home, 1.5 mi to beach

Best location & newly renovated! Our house is 1.5 from Falmouth Heights beach, only a 2 min walk to TJ Maxx, Walmart, and Shaws, and a 5 min drive to Main Street! Perfect for families! You can enjoy a large yard, with outdoor seating, lawn games, and more! Enjoy privacy in our entirely fenced in yard on a quiet street. Not pictured: 4th (king sized) bedroom and 2nd full bathroom.

Guests will have access to entire main floor and yard/driveway. Note- there is another rental tenant in basement of the home with separate driveways, walkways, and yards, so guests will not come into contact with each other.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great stay in Falmouth.

This was a wonderful place. Amenities were great. The little extras (such as the snacks) and other thoughtful touches were very much appreciated. Everything you needed to relax and have a great vacation was provided. We were 5 adults and everyone had their alone and together time.

Great house, once we found it!

The property was clean and had great amenities. We had difficulty finding the property, as there is not a house number on the entrance to the house/driveway. However, once we found our way there, it was great. To note- the entrance is well the mailbox.

What a gem

The house was a great layout inside and outside. Rooms were nice and big with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio as well. The house was very clean throughout, plenty of open space that wasn't cluttered with access furniture or decorations. The extra beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys were just what we needed for our beach day. It was so nice to have those there and not have to go out and get some to use for the one day we were at the beach. The extra little amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen were a nice extra touch. We enjoyed the snacks from the snack basket. The location of the house was central to shopping, downtown area, restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it as a great place to stay. If we are ever back in the area we will be booking this house again.

Great for families

This home is good for families because there are a number of different spaces for everyone to sleep, relax, and live in during your stay. The living and sleeping areas are all on the same floor which is nice if you have family members that have a hard time on the stairs.

GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL

I stay in VRBO a bunch. Often you arrive and don't have even the bare minimum of items to get you through that first night before you can get to the store. I appreciated the attention to detail. For example, there were snacks left which was greatly appreciated. There were filters, coffee and tea. We were helping our son move there so all of our spare space of our luggage was taking. SO, we SO appreciated the use of their beach towels and beach chairs as we didn't have the space to pack our own. I also appreciate the laundry detergent so we could wash our towels and linens to help prior to leaving. Fabulous place to stay.
