The yard is fenced in for small children and pets, and there is a deck & gas grill. It has 2 large master bedrooms 17' x 14' on the second floor. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms are on the first floor. The house has wireless Internet access, DVD, VCR, stereo & digital cable. New washer & dryer.

This house is perfect for your kayaks, canoes, or even your boat since it is located on a deep water peninsula with a clear sailing to Nantucket Sound and the islands! The Public boat launch is a few streets away.
