The only thing we couldn't figure out was the tv in main room. We just watched the one in the bedroom so it was fine. Great place to stay and would stay there again.

Great place! Immaculately clean, comfy and cozy. We only stayed one night as the Salt Lake City area was a stop over, but wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for sharing your house, and creating such a great space.

Perfect place to explore the area then come home to make dinner and relax. The property is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of shopping nearby. Very clean and comfortable basement apartment. (Nice and cool even when the temps are in the 100s). Kristin is great with communication. Easy check in and check out. Easy to get to the airport. This was my 2nd stay with Kristin and we would stay with her again!

This was a great and private space. Very clean and accommodating. The host thought of a lot of little details, like travel books for things to do in the area. Coffee maker and water in the fridge. Very nice place to stay.

I was in town for just a couple of days for a concert. This rental worked perfectly for me. My favorite thing about this place is the most comfortable bed in a rental EVER! This basement apartment was done very well. I love the arrangement of the spacious rooms. One bedroom is on one side of the apartment and the other bedroom is on the complete opposite end. The main bedroom in the back includes a work area which was perfect for me. You don't find 72" TVs in many rentals either and I really appreciated that. It's a beautiful neighborhood and it's very quiet. The noise from upstairs is very minimal. And since I was there in the month of October, the main house was beautifully decorated with Halloween teim lights (photo attached). I would definitely rent here again next time I'm in Salt Lake. I only wish my little dog could come with me. Great stay!

We enjoyed our short stay here. Everything was comfortable with all the main essentials. One thing to be aware of is that this is a basement apartment style home, so there are people living upstairs, and they move and walk around, so you'll hear that. Otherwise, the place is comfortable, location was great for us, kitchen sufficed and has things for a short stay and quick meals, communication with host was fine, no issues or complaints.

This was one of the nicest little apartments we could have ever hoped for. Everything was immaculate, and communication with the host was effortless. I would highly recommend this property, and would love to return the next time we visit Salt Lake City.

I can't say enough about our stay here, both the shower & beds were top notch! The place was exactly how it was described in the listing and pictures, very quiet and relaxing and location was 22 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were extremely responsive whenever I had a question. Our flight was delayed until the next day and they worked with us which is so appreciated! Ours was a quick trip, we will be back and staying here. Thank you for your hospitality!
