Great quiet and nice setup.very relaxing and clean. Close enough to town to everything. Loved it not worrying about parking in town and crazy traffic issue as we have a big truck… will be back
We we in town for the Baylor vs. Samford game and to visit our son. We weren't at the house much. However, the time we spent there was enjoyable. The house was clean and just to our liking. It was in a quiet part of town but close to all the places we needed to visit. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
Jerri’s place was a beautiful place for our stay in Waco. It was very clean and super comfortable. We enjoyed using the fire pit one evening and it was quick and easy to get downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here!
We had some initial issues with the property not matching the description given, but the property manager went above and beyond to make it right. It was a great place for our family to stay and would highly recommend!

Tony, thanks for the kind review. Hope you guys can come to The Guest House and stay agin soon. Hope you and your family have a great 2021.
The guest house is located about 10 to 15 min outside of Waco. It was close enough for us to visit Cameron Park, the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Homestead Heritage, Sports Hall of Fame, and of course, the Magnolia Silos. But the location was far enough so it was a very relaxing stay- away from the main part of the city of Waco. We loved it. It had everything you need in the kitchen. Overall it was a great experience and would stay here again.

We are so glad you enjoyed the GH. We live to share our place with people and thank you for taking such good care of it and leaving it nice and tidy. Your children were very well behaved and I gaily recommend your family to other host.
My sister and I had a great girsl getaway. The house was very clean and was decorated nicely. They had all the little things that people sometimes forget on vacation available; ie coffe, coffee creamer, shampoo, conditioner, board games etc... too much to list but you can tell the owners want to make sure that their renters have a relaxing time. Also, very good communication.

great guest and is always welcome back in our home
This rental was the perfect size for our family of 5! The guest house is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels were nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property is stunning. It was the perfect peaceful get away. The guest house was closer to the owners house then we anticipated. But like the description says we felt our privacy was totally respected. We got out and used their yard and I assume that was okay? Our only complaints are that the TV stand is VERY unstable and we were very worried about our 11 month old knocking it over. Also the floors were swept or vacuumed but definitely had not been mopped in a while. The bottoms of our feet were black and the tops of our baby’s feet were black from crawling around. Overall would definitely recommend
My wife and son and I had a great time staying at this house. We loved the peacefulness of it, and it was only about 10 minutes from downtown if you want to go there. Not far at all. If I had to nitpick at all, I’d say the WiFi could have been a little faster, but honestly it wasn’t a problem. Better not to be using it too much on vacation anyways.
This place was perfect for our girls trip!!! I loved it so much I could live there!!! Beautiful property!!! Lots of beautiful trees and land, so very peaceful!!!
This was a very pleasant surprise. It was so cozy and comfortable. We all enjoyed it so much. Big yard. Lots of walking in the country feel. Close enough for delivery of groceries. Wonderful 4 days !!
This was the perfect place to catch up with friends! We were very happy with the cleanliness of the home, the location, and the outside deck. We sat outside and talked for hours! Highly recommend!!!
Immaculately clean and impressive attention to details like shampoo/conditioner, extra throws, and outlet adapters. Just the right distance outside of town to enjoy the country but have a only a short drive to where you want to be. Host information was thorough and accurate. Great place to stay!
Perfect for trip to the horse show with daughter and mom.
I was afraid that it would be not convenient to the extraco center, but it was in fact close. There is also a great spot to grab a meal or a drink just down the road. I will definitely book again!

Thanks for the kind review Suzanne. You are welcome back anytime.
We dropped into Waco for a quick fishing trip and for my wife and daughter to visit Magnolia Market. This location was just a little more of a drive to the Market, but the price and the warmth of the property was well worth it. If you love open spaces, cleanliness, freshness (the home feels new, property is well manicured) I would highly recommend The Guest House! Our hosts even put out extra wood for the outdoor fire pit for us for our grandbaby, we didnt get to use it (tuckered out playing board games), but the host is gracious and very responsive to make sure even the small things are done. Would definitely stay again.
This place was cute and our family enjoyed our stay. It's not the most toddler friendly place but once we put some stuff out of reach of 3 year old triplet hands, it was much better. They had everything you could need and we loved all the blankets!

The way a vacation should be. Everything is provided in every room including the kitchen. Clean and relaxing. Lots of space to be outside and play, or take a stroll to hear nature. Second time rental and it will not be the last. Not far from town either.
