This renovated basement apartment has the feel of an industrial loft. Steel ceilings, exposed beams, brick wall coupled with granite counters & stone-walled shower make this a great place to stay. There is a toaster oven, microwave & Keurig (with an assorted coffees) , but there no oven/stove or cooking utensils available to you.
Only 3 blocks to the train or 3 blocks to the beach.
Private entrance. Great getaway for a couple or single.
Beach passes, towels and chairs available for your use.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

2 adult beach passes are available for your use in season. If beach passes are not returned, you will be charged $150.
This is a non-smoking apartment, if you smoke in the apartment there will be a $500 cleaning charge imposed.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect -- so close to the beach and also easy access to lots of restaurants, shops, groceries etc. Ilana is a wonderful host -- very responsive, friendly and accommodating.

Great place for a short stay!

We loved the location as it's a block to the beach and easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, etc. Myself and my 75yo father stayed and it was great for us, it's simple and easy!

How’s this, Staying here was a breeze. The space was large, clean and right around the corner from the beach. The host was communicative and helpful. Would definitely come back again for another beach vacation!

Great little basement apartment, cute clean & modern!

Will def stay here again— very clean & cute, great location to reach a lot of the key spots ! It’s great for small group… small but quiet & comfy. Just 2 streets down from Main Street of popular restaurants & couple blocks from the beach! Host was responsive & and flexible and friendly!

Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property which was as beautiful and spacious as decribed and pictured. Host was a joy to interact with and reached out daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Even accomodated an early check-in and check-out so we maximized our time and enjoyment here. I highly recommend this rental property and look forward to coming back next summer as we hope we started a new yearly tradition! Thanks for everything!

Perfect location, great price, comfortal lodgings.Would go back again.

This fit the bill perfectly as it is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes' walk to beach, boardwalk, train station, restaurants, supermarket & shops. The host was extremely responsive and communicative. The photos in the listing are accurate. It is located below street level but was not dank at all and premises are naturally cool: despite the 90 temperatures, we did not have to use the AC once. We would definitely book this property again.
