The apartment called "Jaguar I" offers two rooms and space for two people. The bedroom is furnished with a large bed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You can also relax on your own balcony.



The price of the apartment includes use of Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with international channels, bed linen and towels. If you stay longer than 45 days in the apartment, a monthly intermediate cleaning is also included in the price.



On Buckhauserstrasse you live in an excellent location in Zurich Altstetten. In the immediate vicinity you will find various shopping facilities. A Coop Pronto, for example, is only 100 m away from the studio. The Letzipark, where various shops and restaurants are located, is also less than a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is also ideally connected to public transport. The nearest tram stop is only 170m away and the train station Altstetten can be reached on foot in only 10 minutes. From there, there are regular trains to Zurich main station.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
