It was a very nice place. The only thing to remark is that it doesn’t have elevator and it is on a 4th floor but it is really a cozy place to stay in Zurich

Misleading listing

At the time of our booking the listing clearly stated in multiple places that there was a hot tub at the residence. There was not. They were trying to pass off a bath tub as a hot tub? The property manager argued with me briefly but ultimately did let me break our reservation with a 100% refund. I would not suggest this location during the summer, we came during a heat wave and there was no AC and some of the fans in the residence did not work

Hi Emily, clearly it was a misunderstanding. In our listing we never published like having a hot tub, and the photos shows exactly how the property is. We promptly accepted your request by not staying in the apartment, without any fee. Even if we have everything clear at our description, about not having AC, and about being an attic, which is warmer than a normal apartment. All the best.
